Upon subscribing to the chatbot service from Brandplus Solutions, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1- Brandplus Solutions is responsible for making sure that your chatbot is operational to the best of its ability.
2- Brandplus Solution will program the chatbot to ask or answer questions based on the conversational flow teh client provides. It is the client’s responsibility to verify that all questions and answers have been input correctly. The client will be asked to confirm this before the bot is finalised.
3- The setup fee for the chatbot is not refundable.
4- Direct debit facilities are available for the monthly payment via ezidebit.
5- Brandplus Solutions makes all reasonable efforts to ensure the chatbot remains operational 24/7; however, the company bears no liability for any loss caused by any accidental downtime.
