Terms and Conditions
1- Unless otherwise specified, advertising budget does not form a part of the management packages specified above. The amounts mentioned in the pricing section are only to cover the costs of the management of the advertising or marketing activities.
2- In social media or search engine marketing management, any posts to be posted on social media are to be provided by the owner of the social media channels. Brandpluss may provide certain images and posts by using royalty-free images; however, any stock photos, videos or materials to be posted otherwise need to be provided in advance by the client.
3- When creating social channels, Brandpluss will do its best to get the closest matching social links possible to the given business name. Moreover, some social media channels require certain time or following standards before they allow for the changing of a social link; therefore, Brandpluss is in no way responsible for any delays caused by these regulations.
4- Any social media posts are to be approved by the client before being posted or are to be provided by the client. Brandpluss will never post unapproved content. Moreover, all content which will be posted will be shared with the client one week in advance by e-mail for approval. In case no approval is given, the posts will not be shared until the next week and the client is held responsible for these delays. However, the client may choose to give Brandpluss a blanket approval signifying that any shared but unapproved posts may still be posted on the due date even when unapproved.
5- In case of a blanket approval, the client has 2 business days to request changes to the posts being made before they are considered approved and scheduled to be shared.
6- To qualify for the 100$ free advertising budget offer, the client has to purchase one year in advance of either social media management or search engine marketing management.
7- Any posts that the client wishes to share on their social media through Brandpluss have to be provided to Brandpluss on firstname.lastname@example.org at least 10 business days in advance.
8- Even when a social channel is managed by Brandpluss, the client retains the right to make and share his/her own posts; however, it is advisable to consult Brandpluss before doing so. Moreover, any posts shared by the client are not the responsibility of Brandpluss.
